Salary: $70,000 - $100,000

Job Description:

We are a leading beauty supply company specializing in human hair bundles and wigs. Our target market is beauty supply stores, and we are looking for an experienced salesman to join our team.

Responsibilities:

· Sell company's products to beauty supply stores in the assigned territory.

· Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

· Visit beauty supply stores to build relationships with new and existing customers.

· Negotiate prices and contracts with customers.

· Manage and update customer information in the CRM system.

· Provide product and market knowledge to customers.

· Meet or exceed sales targets.

· Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services.

· Manage accounts receivable default risk by monitoring payments and ensuring that customers are meeting their payment obligations.

· Participate in regular sales and performance reviews.

· Communicate with the sales team, customer service team, and management to ensure customer satisfaction.

· Participate in training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

· Fluent in Korean and English

· Proven experience as a salesperson or in a similar customer-facing role

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to build rapport with customers.

· Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.

· Ability to handle objections and close sales.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Knowledge of human hair bundles and wigs is a plus.

· High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
